The standards are always consistent across the chain and has been for many many years. Service is fast and efficient and food quality is always on point. Today however, our waiter was extremely attentive. He informed us about various offers currently available that would essentially give us for free what we had originally ordered for starters (edamame and gyozas).

Excellent food and service what more to say. I arrived and was promptly seated. I ordered my food using the QR code and the food arrived fresh with 15minutes! I love Wagamama and this branch did not let me down! Firecracker tofu and Mushroom bao buns for the win!

Had a great meal at Wagamama! The food was delicious, though the rice was a bit undercooked, but still very enjoyable. Portion is a bit too small (curry salmon rice, 67?) The service was nice, our waiter was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was lively, though a bit noisy at times. Overall, a nice dining experience.

Quite a pleasant experience. Service was great, the prices were adequat. My only complaint is, that the food was a bit (!) too bland in my taste. But as someone who mainly eats very spicy and prefers it strongly spiced i might not be the best judge. Theres a childrens menu as well which is great for families.

Haven’t been to a Wagamama for years. Daughter wanted to try it out so we went out as a family. We ordered a side dish and main each. Very tasty, large portions. Reasonably priced for London, 117 for a family of four with drinks. Service a little slow considering it was quiet and I had to ask for one of the dishes that was forgotten twice. Would definitely return or go to another branch, maybe as a treat.

I had a fantastic time at Wagamama Canary Wharf! Jay, one of the staff members, was absolutely lovely—so friendly and attentive. She made excellent food suggestions, and thanks to her, I got to try something new that I absolutely loved. The service was warm and welcoming, making the whole dining experience even better. Highly recommend!

Nicely designed and arranged. You feel comfortable with the environment. Staff is cooperative and well mannered having professional smiling faces. Food is really delicious and have a unique taste. Not too expensive. Will be highly recommended for families and couples.
